Career

Growing up in Preá, a fishing village in northeastern Brazil known for its world-class strong winds, he began kiteboarding at a young age under his father’s guidance. Thanks to his fearless approach and exceptional board control developed in strong, consistent winds, he quickly rose to prominence from local competitions.

He specializes in Big Air, combining overwhelming height with technical precision. His original signature tricks, named after his nickname, such as the “Shark Attack” and “Megalodon,” have become synonymous with his riding style. At the young age of 17, he received an invitation to the 2023 Red Bull King of the Air, instantly catapulting him into the global top scene. At the “Lords of Tram” Big Air competition held in France, he sent shockwaves around the world by scoring a giant-killing victory over living kite legend Aaron Hadlow in a direct heat despite being a rookie.

In 2024, he finished as runner-up at the KOTA Qualifier in Tarifa, Spain, earning his spot in the main event. However, he suffered a heartbreaking withdrawal after fracturing his fibula during training just before the main competition. He has now overcome the injury and continues to evolve further as an all-rounder who can handle everything from twin-tips to Strapless riding.
